Click on the desired table above to begin customizing the table for your specific course:

1. Once your file is opened, you need to edit the Table 1 Title to include your course name.  To do so, click in the first cell (A1), then press the F2 function key located on the top row of your keyboard.   Drag your cursor to highlight the words Your Course Name Here and the brackets.  Begin by typing in your course name.

2. Next, determine which occupations in the table apply to your industry.  (If you need help in identifying these occupations, they should be located in the first few pages of your course outline.)
    

3. Once you have determined the applicable occupations, you will need to delete the occupations that do not apply to your industry area.  To do this, CLICK on the row number of the occupation that does not apply, then RIGHT CLICK to see the menu shown in the diagram below.  LEFT CLICK on DELETE.

4. Once you have deleted all of the rows containing the non-applicable occupations, go to FILE, then SAVE AS and save the file (to the location of your choice) by the Table Number, EDC or California and Your File Name.
