EDUHSD Staff:  The R-Rated Film Advisory Committee reviews all film requests submitted by the staff for Board approval as a supplemental instructional material.  The Request for Board Adoption of the Curriculum-Related Film request form (below) is used to initiate this process.  The form MUST be signed by your site principal before submitting the request to the Educational Services Office.

The deadlines for submission of R-Rated film requests for 2011-12 are as follows:

Spring semester: September - TBD
Fall semester: February - TBD
